Retail media agency

We help retailers make retail media work.

We implement retail media technology and run the operations on it — campaigns, AdOps and inventory sales, supporting the team or standing in for it. We deliver AI agents that extend the team and get more out of the stack once it is in place.

Who this is for

The challenges

Usually one of three things is missing.

The monetization model: who buys the inventory, at what price, and on what basis it is billed. Technology and measurement: how much inventory goes unsold, how much of the booked delivery actually served, and what the campaign did to sales. Or the resources: a team to run it, and agents to absorb the repetitive work.

It is rarely all three at once. One of them is enough to stall revenue growth.

AI & agents

Retail media doesn't scale with people. It scales with agents.

A retailer's network runs hundreds of campaigns a month. Done by hand that means a bottleneck in AdOps and a team that isn't selling.

We put AI agents where the work repeats, and leave people where the conversation with the brand happens.

Campaign Agent

Campaign setup, targeting, bids and pacing, with optimisation while the campaign runs.

Yield Agent

Availability, packaging and demand-led pricing — within the floors the network sets.

Insights Agent

Reporting, attribution and alerts, instead of a deck rebuilt from scratch after every campaign.

Creative Agent

Creative across formats and specifications, versioned and checked before it runs.

Proposal Agent

Briefs, RFPs and media plans assembled from live availability, rate card and packages.

Advertiser Assistant

A conversational front door for the advertiser: bids, campaign status, billing and troubleshooting.

Case studies

We ran the agents before we sold them.

Every system below is ours — designed, built and put into production, not sketched in a deck.

That is also why we are careful with numbers: what we publish, we can stand behind.

Concept and build — Żabka Ads

Reklama za Rogiem

A local advertiser buys the screen down their own street — a channel that did not exist before. We designed it and built the sales automation under it: catchment prospecting, lead scoring, quoting against live availability, creative inside approved templates.

Agent-driven, anonymous reference

Inventory marketplace

Packages built on inventory that is genuinely available to serve, not on a sheet a week out of date. Agents read the network's system of record, assemble the offer from it, and price the uncommitted remainder against demand inside network-set floors.

Catchment analysis — Żabka Ads

DOOH potential

A catchment described in data, so it can be handed to a partner channel instead of resting on one salesperson's knowledge. The interfaces show stores, screens by format, retail floor and the businesses around them.

Our own trade title

Retailmedia.pl

A newsroom run by agents on a fixed rhythm: research, drafts, illustration and the publishing schedule. Citable sources only, with a named editor accountable for what goes out.
